Time Ticking on Terrace Bay Pulp Mill

Terrace Bay Pulp is running out of time.
Ernst and Young says potential buyers have until February 15th to file a letter of intent.
Officials say if no one comes forward in that time its a possibility the mill will be sold for scrap.
The Mill owes almost $40-million to creditors.
