Tips Provided To Avoid Gambling Addiction

A live, interactive youth drama about gambling and its risks entertained students at Dryden High School on Wednesday.
The Responsible Gambling Council hosted the event.
Performer Theresa Noon says it’s important to reach students at the high school level.
Noon says more than one-third of students between the ages of 15-17 gamble and 3-4% of these teens experience problems once they reach the age of 18.
Noon notes it’s important to look for warning signs and potential problems.
She adds teens should set time and money limits, ask for help and seek counselling if they believe things are getting out of control.
