The Sioux Lookout Flyers allowed two goals in the final 2-and-a-half minutes in a heartbreaking 5-4 loss to Fort Frances Wednesday night.
Jordan Carne did all the late damage with the tying and winning goal’s.
The deciding marker came on the powerplay with 55 seconds remaining in regulation time.
Adam Wensley, Nathan Brown, Dwight Lee and Chase Dobranski scored for Sioux Lookout.
The Flyers outshot the Lakers 52-41.
Sioux Lookout is back on the ice Saturday against the Ice Dogs in Dryden.
