Train Derailment In Whiteshell Provincial Park

There’s word of a train derailment in eastern Manitoba in Whiteshell Provincial Park.
At least 12 cars left the tracks around 5:00 Tuesday afternoon near Brereton Lake.
There were no dangerous goods on board and CN employees are expected on the scene to help out with clean-up Wednesday.
Brereton Lake is located about 100 kilometres west of Kenora.
The cause of the derailment is still under investigation.
