Emergency room Doctors and Nurses from across
Northwestern Ontario will be meeting in Thunder Bay to
discuss trauma injuries.
Trauma Conference Co-Ordinator Bonnie Zabirka says it’s
important for regional health care professionals to brush
up on their emergency skills.

Zabirka adds they will also be discussing transporting
injured patients between regional hospitals and the
tertiary care unit in Thunder Bay.
