Treasury Metals continues to seek public input on its Goliath Gold project.
Information sessions were held in Dryden and Wabigoon Tuesday and Wednesday, with plenty of feedback received.
Some of the remaining concerns surrounding the project from community members focus on water containment, conservation and contamination.
Mining Engineer Mark Wheeler says they take all concerns seriously, stressing it’s important for the company to address them.
Wheeler says they welcome all comments and take them into the design phase as the project moves forward.
Wheeler says Treasury Metals wants to make sure the community is aware of the work they are doing and the work that has been done.
He also says they will continue to be transparent on how they see Goliath Gold moving forward.
