Treasury Metals Responds To Water Concerns

The Vice-President of the Treasury Metals Goliath gold project in Wabigoon is responding to concerns over water quality.
Norm Bush says they have a very extensive environmental review that’s on-going, which outlines all the safety safe guards that would need to be put in place.
Bush says treated water that would be come out of the facility would be controlled and is highly regulated.
He says it also has to meet all the provincial water objectives that the province of Ontario puts in front of them, through the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Bush says they are several weeks away from completing their Environment Impact Statement.
Once completed and sent away, it will take over 300 days for the federal government to go through it.
