Leon Jourdain says Indian Affairs Minister Bob Nault is refusing to discuss self-government talks with him or consider constructive approaches.
The Federal Government ended years of negotiations last month.
Nault has maintained that Treaty #3 has not made any progress on self-government negotiations.
