Officers with the Treaty Three Police Service intend to rally before a meeting of the Police Services Board in Kenora today.
They want the board to reverse its decision to halt the policing of area First Nation communities on August 19th.
Public Service Alliance of Canada’s Sharon DeSousa says the ultimate fight is with the federal government.
DeSousa says they plan to present the board with petitions that support the Service continuing.
A rally is also planned for July 23rd.
