Trial Continues For Nova Scotia Man

The Crown has concluded its case against a Nova Scotia man accused in a fatal bus crash outside Upsula.
An ambulance attendant who treated Shaun Davis shortly after the December 2000 incident testified yesterday that Davis appeared to be confused and was suffering psychological problems.
The 23-year-old Davis is accused of causing the crash by grabbing the steering wheel, sending the bus tumbling down an embankment.
The crash seriously injured several passengers and several weeks later an elderly woman died in hospital.
Davis has pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disorder to a string of charges, including manslaughter.
