Trojan Horse Greets Sioux Lookout Residents

The Ontario Health Coalition is trying to bring the dangers of privatized Hospitals to the forefront.
The group marched into Sioux Lookout with a 16 foot wooden replica Trojan Horse on the weekend.
Spokesperson Natalie Mehra says the horse is meant to show that despite claims that such facilities would benefit local residents, all that would happen is a cut in patient services, reduction of beds and job losses.
Mehra says patient care will suffer.
She says during the election campaign the McGuinty Government promised to stop the creation of private hospitals and they want him to honour that promise.
She says there are 10 Hospitals that might by built under the private sector.
