Trout Case Held Over

A 26-year-old man, formerly of Lac Seul First Nation, made a brief Court appearance in Fort Frances today to face a charge of second degree murder.
Dennis Trout was charged after the body of 22-year-old Adele Matinet was found last month in her Atikokan home.
Trout will return to court next Monday to have his case spoken to by the judge, until that time he will remain in custody.
An autopsy indicated Matinet died of internal injuries caused by blunt force.
