The Ontario Trucking Association feels installing speed limiters in
trucks is a no-brainer.
A new poll shows 70% of Ontario residents are in favour of a
regulated speed for transports.
Spokesperson Doug Switzer says he doesn’t know why the Province hasn’t
made it mandatory.
Tractor trailers would only be able to travel at a maximum speed of
105-km an hour with the limiter.
