Trucker Sent to Jail

A 43-year-old Southern Ontario trucker has been handed jail time for his attack on a Dryden OPP constable last November.
Francis Schrauwen was sentenced to 2 concurrent 12 month terms for assaulting Scott Davidson and a citizen who stopped to help the officer.
Davidson pulled over a rig bear the 7-11 in Dryden for what was supposed to be a routine traffic stop when he was kicked in the head by the enraged trucker.
