Truth from the Youth Speak to Dryden Council

Dryden Council has seen a first hand look at what area youth think of the community.
The ‘Truth from the Youth’ Leadership Group showed off their video on Monday.
Councilor Mary Trist says she was pleased that area High School students didn’t hold back.
Trist says the voices of area youth are being heard.
She is hoping that teens sit at the table when the City drafts its new strategic plan.
The opinions expressed by kids in the video included the need for more activities, community meeting places and shopping opportunities.
