Twain issues statement after tour bus crash

Shania Twain took to social media in the wake of her tour bus crash to thank her fans for their outpouring of love and support.

Thirteen people from her production crew were treated for non-life-threatening injuries after the Canadian superstar’s bus and truck were involved in a rollover on an icy highway in southeastern Saskatchewan Wednesday.

Twain, who was not on the bus, posted a statement on Instagram stories before her concert in Saskatoon Thursday night.

The singer said her touring family is safe and “anyone needing medical care is getting great support.”

Twain urged everyone to “hug and hold” their loved ones.
