Twins Death to be Investigated

Manitoba child abuse expert Charlie Ferguson will head a probe into the deaths of twin baby girls that died in Thunder Bay.
The babies died in a Thunder Bay motel room over a week ago, just days after an Alberta judge gave custody of them to their grandfather.
Jerome Kerrigan faces 2-counts of criminal negligence causing death, but says the girls were sick before he began the trip.
The probe will try to determine whether Alberta government policies played a role in the tradgedy.
