Two Collisions Under Investigation

Some headaches for motorists travelling between Dryden and Kenora yesterday.
Traffic on Highway 17 came to a halt twice.
Wednesday afternoon, a pick-up truck went over an embankment on the north side of the highway just west of the Jones Road.
Two people were transported to hospital with minor injuries and the Trans-Canada was closed for about 2-hours.
Meanwhile, the highway was closed for about an hour last night near Hertz’s corner following a two vehicle collision.
No other details about that crash have been released.
