A warm start to the weekend.
Bill Laidlaw with Signal Weather Services says things are looking good until Sunday.
Laidlaw expects highs of 24 Friday and up to 29 for Saturday.
He says rain and strong thunderstorm activity will come through around lunchtime on Sunday.
That will drop the temperature below 20 and help clear some of the haze filling the sky.
