A 55-year-old has been arrested following a couple of incidents in Dryden.
City Police originally charged the accused with shoplifting, after he attempted to steal roughly $95 worth of food from a local business.
The same day officers were called to a Casimir Avenue residence to deal with an unwanted person report.
Police say Frank Moran was looking for a place to stay and was denied entry when he allegedly kicked the homeowner.
Moran faces counts of assault, theft under $5,000 and breach of probation.
