Two men from North Caribou Lake First Nation have been charged in connection to a stabbing incident in the community.
Early Sunday morning, police were called to a home in the community about an assault.
According to Provincial Police, one person was stabbed and had to be airlifted to hospital for treatment.
As a result of their investigation, officers arrested 25-year-old Albert Gabrie and 19-year-old Jay Sakchekapo.
They are due to appear in Dryden Court Wednesday on a charge of assault with a weapon.
