Two People Died In Highway 17 Collision

The OPP say two people were killed in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 17 east of Kenora last night.
75 year old John Marsholok and 71 year old Irene Marsholok of Kenora were
driving a 2003 Buick when they lost control of the vehicle in the area of Little Joe Lake around 7:00 last night.
Police say their vehicle ran into an eastbound Dodge Caravan.
The 60 year old driver of the Caravan was taken to Lake of the Woods District Hospital for treatment and later released.
The Highway was closed for over seven hours while the wreckage was
cleared and the OPP conducted their investigation of the crash scene.
