Two People Seriously Injured in Crash

Two people were airlifted to Hospital following a serious motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 17 and Hill Street.
Wabigoon Fire was on scene within 5-minutes of the Sunday morning crash and dispatched Dryden Fire shortly after for assistance.
Emergency crews had to use heavy hydraulic cutters to remove parts of the vehicle and rescue the occupants of the vehicle.
Both patients were transported to Hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash is unknown and OPP are investigating.
