Another quiet weekend on the forest fire front.
There were only two new small fires, both reported in the Kenora district.
Both were quickly dealt with.
There are 21-active fires in northwestern Ontario and the fire hazard is low to moderate across the range.
Meantime, the Ministry of Natural Resources no longer has any fire personnel stationed out west.
