Dryden Police needed to use a spike belt to stop a young driver early Thursday morning.
Officers received a report of a stolen vehicle from the Third Street area.
The driver was stopped after a brief pursuit.
Police say a 15-year-old faces three charges including flight from police and failing to comply with an undertaking.
A 17-year-old in the vehicle was also arrested and faces one charge.
