A new 2-year contract has been ratified by the 45-workers at Community Living Dryden.
The members of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union voted 95% in favour of the deal Tuesday.
The contract includes a 4% wage hike over the course of the deal.
It also offers an increase in daily expense claims and additional days for compassionate leave.
CEP Spokesperson Stephen Boon says he’s pleased that the union was able to negotiate a fair deal while still maintaining excellent labour relations with the Association.
The previous contract expired on September 13th.
