UFC and WWE to form new company

It’s a tag-team worth billions of dollars.

UFC and WWE are set to form a 21 billion dollar company.

Endeavor Group Holdings, who own UFC, will hold a 51 percent interest, while WWE will take 49 percent.

The group says Dana White will remain as president of UFC, and long-time WWE owner Vince McMahon will continue on as executive chair.

They say the move will combine media rights, and create new content and sponsorships.
