Unifor members have approved a new 2-year deal at Princess Court in Dryden.
120-members voted 90% in favour of the contract.
Local national representative Stephen Boon says they were coming off a solid agreement and members were prepared to live with a more modest, short-term deal that is in line with others at similar facilities across the region.
The deal provides 1.7% annual wage increases in each year of the contract.
It also provides improved benefits and the elimination of some pay grids for newly hired workers with previous experience.
