Union Gas customers can expect to see a decrease in their annual gas bill from anywhere between 11 and 20 percent.
The utility reports that its applied to the Ontario Energy Board for a decrease in rates that if approved would go into effect beginning next month.
The rate decrease could lead to savings of 120 to 168-dollars a year.
Natural gas prices have declined dramatically in the past five years due to the discovery of new supplies.
