Even though it just increased its rates in January, Union Gas is asking the Ontario Energy Board for a decrease in natural gas prices for the second quarter of 2006.
Andrea Stass is a spokesperson for the company and says the decrease is a reflection of the warmer weather the country has experienced this winter.
