Union Gas Rates Going Up

Union Gas customers in Northwestern Ontario will notice a bit of a jump in the bills this month.
The Ontario Energy Board has granted the company a rate increase, effective April 1st.
Spokesperson Andrea Stass says the hike is due to the recent cold weather and the return to normal storage levels of natural gas.
Union Gas customers can expect to see an extra $6 a month on their bills.
