The Ontario Energy Board has approved an increase in natural gas rates for Union Gas customers.
Beginning January 1st, the cost to heat your home will increase by 4 per cent.
Union Gas says the increase is based on its forecasted cost for natural gas and the fees paid to TransCanada to move the gas through its pipe.
