Things are back to normal at Robert Moore School and the adjacent School Board Office in Fort Frances.
The Northwestern Health Unit closed both on Friday after a bag containing a mysterious powder was found at the school.
Environmental Health Director Bill Limerick says the test results did not reveal what the substance was but it did indicate it was not a biological agent capable of bacteria growth such as anthrax.
