The Ministry of Energy and the Town of Atikokan continue to draft a
proposal document aimed at establishing a Bio-mass Energy Research Plant.
Mayor Dennis Brown says the request for proposals will be sent to the
private sector, institutions and university’s to see who is interested in
accessing funding to conduct research in the bio-energy field.
