The Dryden Seniors Housing Co-op project is well into the planning phase now.
This is an update after the initial meeting to get public opinion.
Chairperson Sharon McGregor wants to address a rumour she says is spreading around in relation to availability.
She says that there are still spaces available since they are still in the planning phase, and could always add on to the current plan.
Some of the current aspects that are being planned surround laws, design and purchasing of the property.
