Update on Transit Situation in Thunder Bay

Transit workers in Thunder Bay are increasing their job action to just short of a full strike to press their demands for better wages.
Transit Union President Charlie Brown says the plan is to bleed the department dry financially by working to rule.
Workers have been without a contract for 16-months.
