There’s new information in relation to the high risk take down on Tuesday May 16th.
Police were alerted of a suspicious vehicle in the McDonalds parking lot with the threat of possession of a firearm.
Officers say the vehicle was later located resulting in the arrest of three men.
Dryden Police later found out that the weapon was actually a pellet gun made to look like a hand gun.
The first man was released unconditionally.
Police then say Darren Burnard has been charged with Adult Carrying Concealed Weapon; Adult Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purposes; Adult Break in Instruments; Adult Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
Officers also say Philip Biczok has been charged with Adult Possession Break in Instruments and he was released yesterday with a Promise to Appear.
