RCMP have charged two youths with first-degree murder in PEI.
Police investigating a missing person case arrested the pair this week after discovering human remains in the Milltown Cross area.
One of the accused will appear in court on Dec. 27th and the other on Jan. 18th.
A publication ban has been issued preventing the release of information that could identify the victim and the two arrested.
