Usefulness of KDMA Questioned

Some municipal politicians are questioning the usefulness of the Kenora District Municipal Association.
The KDMA represents communities like Dryden, Sioux Lookout, Red Lake, Ignace. Ear Falls, Machin, Pickle Lake and Kenora.
However, Kenora Councillor Louis Roussin is wondering whether the municipal organization needs to exist any more.
Roussin says the KDMA might become more relevant if it merged with another group, such as the Rainy River District Municipal Association.
