Encouraging COVID vaccination rates are being reported by the Northwestern Health Unit.
Just over 71% of the local population has received at least their first dose.
Atikokan leads the way at 76.3%, while Dryden isn’t far behind at 75.3%.
When it comes to second doses received, 34.9% are now fully vaccinated.
The Sioux Lookout Health Hub is tops in that category at 41.1%.
