Valley enjoys the sites

Former Dryden Mayor Roger Valley is playing the part of “Tourist” for 1 last day before officially becoming a resident of Ottawa, at least on a part time basis.
Valley & his family are in the Nation’s Capital for Monday morning’s swearing ceremony making him the Honourable Roger Valley, Member of Parliament for the Riding of Kenora.
Sunday afternoon, he hosted a tour of Parliament Hill showing where he will be working & helping shape Government policy for the session which begins in early October with the Speech from the Throne. Valley also plans to drop in on the Association of Municipalities of Ontario Conference which starts Monday in Ottawa to say hello & thank Municipal Politicians from across the region for their support in the Campaign & let them know how to get in touch with their MP.
