Valley on new Liberal leader

Its not who he picked to be the new Liberal leader, but Kenora M.P. Roger Valley says he’s ready to work with Stephane Dion.

Dion was a surprise winner at the Liberal convention this past weekend in Montreal.

Valley had supported Michael Ignatieff right up to the bitter end, but says its time to put their differences aside and work towards winning the next federal election.

N007 Q: …to know him. (17 secs.)

Valley expects there will be an election as early as this
spring.

He attended his very first caucus meeting with Stephane
Dion at the helm this morning in Ottawa.
