Valley on Sec State visit

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is making her 1st visit to
Canada.
To mark the occasion, the House of COmmons will hold 2 special
debates.
Tonite the topic will be cross border traffic & the issue of
passports. The Americans say Canadians will need them to cross starting in
2008.
Kenora MP Roger Valley isn’t too concerned just yet feeling there is
stil time to change minds in Washington. ||N010…10 sx…ec…visit canada…||
Some say the passports could do more damage to the Canadian economy
than SARS & Mad Cow combined, something Valley sees as rumour mongering.
Tomorrow nite, Valley will be among the MP’s speaking when Softwood Lumber comes up for debate.
