Valley says FEDNOR is history

A new era in politics begins this morning in Ottawa when Stephen Harper is sworn in as the 22nd Prime Minister of Canada.
Kenora Liberal MP Roger Valley says there is a major blow coming to the North with the demise of FEDNOR.

The program will apparently be allowed to run until the end of the fiscal year March 31st but Valley says after that, the $59 million annual budget will be gone.
