A red hot goalie prevented the Red Lake Miners from winning the SIJHL championship at home Tuesday night.
Eric Vanska was sensational making 37 saves as the Kam River Fighting Walleye staved off elimination with a 3-2 win at the Cochenour Arena.
Ryan Howe and Ethan Pool managed to find the back of the net for the Miners.
Red Lake still leads the series 3 games to 1.
Game 5 is Thursday.
