Victims of Crime Day

Ah-Shawah-Bin Sioux Lookout-Lac Seul Support Services will be marking
the Annual Day of Commemoration for Victims of Crime.
Rubin “Hurricane” Carter will be the keynote speaker for Friday’s event.
The New Jersey prizefighter was wrongly imprisoned for 3-murders in
1967.
The intent of the gathering is to honor victims of crime and to
recognize victim service providers.
The ceremony will be held at 1:00 in Sioux Lookout.
