The provincial government will be handing out dozens of volunteer service awards at three ceremonies across northwestern Ontario next week.
The minister of Citizanship, Michael Chan will be attending receptions in Dryden on Monday, Atikokan and Fort Frances.
Chan says the events are extension of Volunteer Appreciation Week, which wrapped up at the beginning of May.

The Dryden Ceremony will take place Monday evening at the Regional Training and Cultural Center starting at 7:3.
Ceremonies will also take place in Fort Frances on Tuesday and Atikokan on Wednesday.
