Voting Kit Errors in Sioux Lookout

Due to a supplier error, the ballot kits for the 2010 Municipal Election in Sioux Lookout have been mailed out without the return postage-paid envelope being enclosed.
The Municipality will be sending out new envelopes to electors.
Voters can also bring their completed ballot kits to the Municipal Office, grab an envelope and place everything in a secrecy envelope.
Officials in Sioux Lookout remind everyone that both the signed voter declaration card and the secrecy envelope must be enclosed in the postage paid return envelope.
Returning Officer Mary MacKenzie says anyone with questions or concerns is asked to contact the Municipal Office.
MacKenzie adds the ballot is bigger then the secrecy envelope but notes electors can fold their ballot.
Voters are reminded that they have until Friday to mail in their ballot.
After that, ballots can be dropped off at the Municipal Office.
