A seven day, 500-kilometre walk around parts of the Kenora and Rainy River Districts is set go later this month.
It’s called the “Walk for Good Life” and is promoted by the group ‘Good Life for Young People’.
Larissa Desrosiers says it’s aimed at inspiring the youth who participate.
The walk starts and ends at Eagle Lake First Nation.
This years walk is being dedicated in memory of a well-respected elder Joseph Morrison.
