Walk for Guide Dogs raises more than $17,400 locally

The Lion’s Walk for Guide Dogs proved to be successful locally.

The Vermillion Bay Lion’s Club managed to raise $6,400 this year.

Over in Dryden, just over $11,000 was raised.

That includes a $5,000 donation from the Dryden Trappers Council.

Walks were also held in Kenora and Fort Frances.
